ILD Week at the ATS is focused on the various rare childhood lung diseases including inherited surfactant protein defects, neuroendocrine hyperplasia of infancy, pulmonary interstitial glycogenosis, bronchiolitis obliterans, cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, alveolar capillary dysplasia and hypersensitivity pneumonitis. A centerpiece of the week’s activities is a live webinar entitled “Children with Persistent Diffuse and Interstitial Lung Disease: New Thinking and Care Models” to be presented by Robin Deterding, MD. The webinar will be held this coming Thursday, June 30th @ 3:00 pm ET.
